READ BEFORE USE:

Do not spray all the way up the nose. Simply insert the nozzle just inside the nostril. Spray once gently, keeping the nozzle level and avoiding direct upward aim into the sinuses. Inhale slowly through the nose to allow the mist to absorb.

Usage:

Use 1–2 sprays daily (625mcg–1250mcg) into each nostril on a clean, dry nose.
