SHIPPING POLICY:

Carriers:

Our carriers include USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS.

P.O. Box, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders will ship via USPS only. 

Payment:

Payment in full is required prior to your order shipping.

Processing

Standard processing (picking and packing the order) is 24 to 48 hours. Typically we are able to process orders same day. 

Business Days / Holidays:

Orders ship Monday through Friday and must be received by 2:00pm CST in order to qualify for same day shipping. All others will ship the following business day, EXCLUDING holidays and weekends.   

Transit Times:

Our transit times are based on USPS and UPS posted delivery days. Transit time BEGINS once the carrier has received your package from our fulfillment center. We DO NOT guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days due to intermittent carrier issues, inclement weather, or other factors out of our control. Once your package has transferred to the carrier it is no longer within our control.

Value begins at $6.99 for an estimated delivery in 7 to 9 business days.

Standard begins at $7.99 for an estimated delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Expedited begins at $8.99 with guaranteed same day shipping on orders placed Monday - Friday by 2pm CST with fastest shipping option available for shipping fee paid.

Express begins at $34.99 for an estimated delivery in 1-2 business days.

ORDERS WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING FEES PAID ON FRIDAY AFTER 2PM WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY

FREE SHIPPING provided on orders $199.00 or more with estimated delivery in 7 to 9 business days. 

Tracking Information:

Please retain your tracking information in order to track your delivery’s progress.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours of receiving a shipping notification, please contact us as soon as possible.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to retain the tracking information provided at the time of shipping and follow the delivery progress of their package.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON STOLEN PACKAGES. 

Any disputed delivery MUST be reported within 3 days of the package’s scanned delivery date in order to begin an investigation with the carrier.

RETURNED TO SENDER packages will be refunded minus the shipping fee paid.
