This instant and disposable hot compress pack is chemically activated to provide immediate heat therapy to aching, painful muscles. This hot compress pouch easily conforms to body contours to help relieve pain and reduce swelling. 

DO NOT apply directly to the skin. Wrap the hot compress pack in a towel or cloth for protection prior to application. DO NOT leave it on the skin for longer than 30 minutes.
